ICaT Excellence Assessment
This assessment helps leaders understand how effectively leadership and operational capacity are aligning to produce sustainable results.
Time required: 3–5 minutes
Select the score that reflects what consistently happens in your organization over the last 90 days. If you are unsure between two scores, choose the lower one. Choose what consistently happens, not what should happen.

1–3: Inconsistent/reactive (results depend on individuals)

Is direction clear enough that people can make decisions without waiting for approval?

Are systems and processes enabling work or creating workarounds?
How quickly does the organization adjust when something isn't working?
